Writer's Block: I'm off to see the wizard

Are there any movies that you absolutely loved when you were younger that you've watched again and found awful or ridiculous?

Oh My God! Yes! there was this movie called American Ninja starred by Michael Dudikoff. I had such a crush on him when I was just a little girl. I thought he was really cool, gorgeous, and I loved they way he'd fought. Besides, he was a ninja, smooth and all that. I always thought he was really really cool.

A few months ago, a Spanish tv channel, laSexta, aired the two films (american ninja I&american ninja II) and I watched them and was like "OH.MY.GOD.WHAT.A.PIECE.OF.SHIT!!!!!!11111111!!!!" I mean, it was a REAL CRAP. Terrible sound, terrible acting (if you can call "that" acting, in first place), the fights' choreography was the worst I've ever seen, the plot as ridiculous as the fights... Oh, dear, the crappy movies you see when you're a child. And I know there were several sequels to the first movie but I don't know anything (and I don't want to know) about it after the first two movies.

ps. I still think he was cute, not hot, but cute. There's something weird about his eyes, yes.

btw, here is the trailer:
